Supplies Needed
I have used the Awesome Artwork of Keith Garvey you can buy from Mypsptubes
Scrapkit is Called  BeMyFairyValentine  PTU you can buy this Beautiful kit at Butterflyblushstore

Font of Choice

Lets Begin:
Open new canvas 600 x 600 flood fill white
Open Heart 2 then copy and paste as new layer onto canvas
Open your Tube of choice then copy and paste part of it as new layer above the heart layer
Highlight your heart in layers palette 
go to selections select all float defloat  Modify Contract by 20
then highlight your Tube in layers palette go to selections Invert Delete select none.
Lower your Opacity on the tube to 78% then merge all..except the background
Open Bling 2 then copy and paste onto canvas as new layer then resize at 75%
move that layer below the heart layer.
Open your Tube again and copy and paste on the front then Drop Shadow at settings below
5 5 50 5 black.
you can drop shadow all elements as we go along or at the end
Open the Be Mine heart and resize at 20% then copy and paste onto the heart like mine see above
Open the Gift Bag 2 resize at 30% then copy and paste as you wish
open the Love wordart resize again 20% then copy and paste as you wish
Open Flowers 1 resize at 40% then copy and paste as you wish
Open Butterfly 3 resize at 10% then copy and paste as you wish
Duplicate and place elsewhere.
Thats it

Then Merge all
Add Copyrights to your Tag
Save as PNG:
