Template 108 you can download free from Addictive Templates..

Lets Begin:

Open the Template Duplicate Shift+D then close original

Delete the top layer of the Template

Highlight Raster 2 in layers palette grab magic wand then click inside the template

then copy and paste paper 8 into selection select none

Highlight  the copy of Raster 2 and use the same paper as above.

Highlight Raster 3 do as above but use paper  4

Highlight Raster 5 do as above but use paper 3

Highlight Raster  7 do as above but use paper 9

Highlight Raster 4  and 6 do as above but go to your colour palette

then flood fill Black Keep the Circle selected then copy and paste

part of the Tube you are using as new layer delete the part you dont want..

Lower the Opacity 80%

Open the Slime Highlight the other Black rectangle then copy and paste the slime into selection

select none.

Open the Spider web resize at 30% then copy and paste across the circle

Open the small spider resize at 30% then copy and paste near the web

Open the Sign resize to 50% then copy and paste at the top

Open the Lolli resize at 40% then copy and paste as you wish

Open the Candy then copy and paste as you wish

Open the Lantern resize at 50% then copy and paste where I have see above

Open the Grave resize at 40% then copy and paste as you wish

Open the Glass resize at 40% copy and paste as you wish

Open the Bow resize at 60% then copy and paste as you wish

Open the Beads resize at 60% then copy and paste as you wish..

You can now Merge all Visible

Drop Shadow all at 5 5 50 5 Black..
