Supplies Needed
I have used the Beautiful Artwork of Keith Garveys you can buy his Tubes from PSP Tubes Emporium
This Tube was bought with MPT Licence...
Scrapkit is PTU Called Girls Love Camo Too you can buy this kit from Butterflyblushstore

Font of Choice
Lets Begin:
Open new canvas 600x600 then flood fill white
Open Frame Strip and resize it to 60% then copy and paste as new layer onto canvas
Open paper 8 shrink for now
Highlight the frame in layers palette click inside the 2 squares of the frame
with magic wand go to selections modify expand by 10 then on a new layer
copy and paste paper into selection...select none..
Open Element 17 resize to 30% then copy and paste down the side of the frame like mine
Duplicate line them up together then Merge down....
Duplicate Image Mirror merge down the frame paper and ribbon....
Duplicate the Merged layer twice then line those up like I have
then Drop shadow at 5 5 50 5 black.
Merge all the frames down...
Now copy and paste your choice of Tube above the top frame layer as mine then drop shadow
You can Merge all except background now...
ELEMENTS
Open The Grass Element 34 resize at 40% then copy and paste as new layer below the frames
Duplicate Image Mirror..
Open Element 33 resize at 40% then copy and paste above the grass layer
Duplicate Image Mirror..
Open Mushrooms then resize at 20% then copy and paste as you wish
Open Flower 27 and 28 resize at 20% then copy and paste as you wish
and Duplicate as many as you want on your Tag.
Open Butterflies resize at 20% then copy and paste as you wish then Duplicate.
I then resized the Buttons at 10% and placed those down the ribbon at sides..
I used one of the flower clips and on new layer placed that on top of the frame...resized at 20%..
You can now Drop Shadow all Elements as above then we have finished..
Merge all.
Add Copyrights to your work
and save as PNG:
