Lets Begin:

Open New Raster Layer 600 x 600 transparent

Open Frame 4 then copy and paste as new layer onto canvas

Keep frame highlighted in layers palette grab your magic wand

then click inside all the spaces of the frame holding your shift key down

then go to selections modify expand by 5 then Open paper 2 then copy and paste into selection

keep selected and copy and paste your choice of tube as new layer

then go to selections Invert Delete select none..

Copy and paste your tube again at the side as I have

then Drop shadow Tube and frame at 5 5 50 5 black

Open Ribbon 7 then resize at 60% then copy and paste at the top

of the frame as I have

Open Bow 2 resize at 50% then copy and paste above ribbon layer

Open your choice of Pumpkin and resize at 40% then copy and paste as you wish

then Duplicate till you have 3 of them  then merge down the pumpkins.

I added the Splatter below the frame but didnt leave that much showing.

Open the Web resize at 40% then copy and paste at top like mine

you can Duplicate now and keep going until you have 1 at each corner

make sure they are below the frame ...

I then added my own wording at the top you can copy or have one of your own.

Drop shadow all Elements but not the Web..

Merge all except background

Add all Copyrights to your work

Save as PNG:
