Supplies Needed
I have used the Beautiful Artwork of Ismael Rac you can buy his Tubes from XeracX
Scrapkit is PTU Called London Look you can buy from Butterflyblushstore
Designers Website is Ginas Gems...Thanks Gina
Plugin Xero..Mistifier
Font Of Choice.
Lets Begin:
Open New canvas 600 x 600 then flood fill white
Open Frame 1 then resize at 60% and copy and paste onto new canvas
Click inside the frame with magic wand until you get marching Ants go to selections modify expand by 5
New layer go to flood fill Black then use your Paint can to fill the frame
Keep selected and on new layer open the city background and copy and paste above the black layer
and then when you have what parts you want then erase the parts hanging over the frame
Now copy and paste your Tube above the city Background I duplicated the Tube moved one on top layer
the other below the frame layer now erase the parts below of the tube and leave the head part outside of the frame..
Now merge all except the background..
Use the Xero Mistifier on Default settings for the merged layer.. select none
Open your Tube again and place it along side the frame as above then Drop shadow 5 5 50 5 black..
ELEMENTS
Open the Car from the Elements File and copy and paste as you wish then drop shadow as we go along as above
Open Wordplate resize at 25% then copy and paste on the car front
There are so many Elements in this Kit you can choose your own to place on the tag your making
otherwise you can use the elements I chose below all sized at 25%

Phone
Hat
Lips
London wordart
Place them as you wish.....
You can now
Merge all.
Add Copyrights to your work
and save as PNG:
