Supplies Needed;

I have used an older  Tube of Elias Chatzoudis you can buy his Tubes at PSPEmporium

Scrapkit used is PTU Called Meow you can buy from Dreams-N-Digital

Designers Website is Addictive Pleasure Thanks Tamie

Template 45 you can download free from Addictive Templates

Lets Begin:

Open the Template Duplicate Shift+ D then close original

Delete the top layer

Highlight the large circle at the back in layers palette

go to selections select all float defloat

then copy and paste the Cityscene into selection select none

Lower the Opacity to 60%

Highlight the Side Rectangle pieces in layers palette one at a time

do as above but use paper 10 into selection select none

Highlight the smaller circles in turn as above and use part of the tube as new layer

in the circle then highlight the tube in layers palette then selections invert delete select none

do that with all 3 circles then lower the opacity to 76%

Copy and paste your Tube on the top layer of the Template

Drop shadow at 5 5 50 5 black

Highlight your Black long strips at the back in turn magic wand click inside the open your wire then copy and paste into selection select none

You can Drop shadow all the Template now same settings as above.

Open the paperclip resize at 50% then copy and paste on the circle like mine

Open the Collar resize at 50% then copy and paste at the top

Open the Bowl resize at 50% place at the bottom of template

Open the Glitter then place at the back of template on new layer

Copy and paste the sign resize at 50% copy and paste at opposite corner to the bowl

Open the Diamonds and place those on new layer across the bottom as I have

Open Bow 2 resize at 50% place as you wish

You can place any other Elements you want to make it look good.

Drop Shadow everything..

Merge all visible

Add Copyrights to your work

Save as PNG:
