Supplies Needed
I have used the Beautiful Artwork of Keith Garveys you can buy his Tubes from PSP Tubes Emporium
Do Not Use without a Licence for PTE
Scrapkit is now FTU Called PSPAsylum you can Download the kit from the Designers website

Font Of Choice
Lets Begin:
Open New Raster Layer 600 x 600 then flood fill white
Open Frame 9 copy and paste as new layer onto canvas
Go to selections Modify expand by 5
New layer go to colour palette and choose black then flood fill the squares
make sure colour is below the frame
Drop shadow the frame 5 5 50 5 black
Open Tube of choice then copy and paste as I have then drop shadow
merge tube to the frame and black layer
Open a Psp Asylum Wordart I resized mine at 60%
Open Bow 10 then resize at 40% then copy and paste as I have
Open Butterfly 108 then resize at 30% then copy and paste as you wish on new layer
Open Stars copy and paste below the frame duplicate image flip
move other side from other stars..
Open Element 60 resize at 60% then copy and paste as you wish
Open candles 68 duplicate till you have 3 then arrange like mine
merge those 3 down..
Open Lips resize at 30% copy and paste as you wish.
You can now Drop Shadow all the Elements as above
then Merge all visible....
All Done
Add Copyrights to your work
and save as PNG:
