Supplies Needed
I have used the Beautiful Artwork of Keith Garveys you can buy his Tubes from PSP Tubes Emporium
Scrapkit is PTU Called Suddenly you can buy this beautiful Kit at Butterflyblushstore

Font Of Choice
Lets Begin:
Open New Raster Layer Transparent 600 x 600 then flood fill white
Open Frame 1 copy and paste onto canvas the resize at 70%
New layer Open paper 5 shrink for now
Grab magic wand click inside the frame until you have marching ants
then go to selections modify expand by 10 then copy and paste paper into selection keep selected.
Copy and paste your Tube above the paper layer and delete the parts you dont want to keep.
You can now Drop Shadow the frame and paper at 5 5 50 5 black.
Merge the frame paper and tube together..
ELEMENTS
Open Blue Bubbles resize at 50% then copy and paste as new layer the duplicate
arrange as mine are or your choice.
Open the Gold Bubbles resize at 30% then copy and paste around the blue ones
I duplicated till I had 4 of them and arrange them as above
Open the Dragonfly resize at 30% then copy and paste as you wish
Open Dahlia flowers resize at 30% and place at corner of frame.
Open Kitten Tube resize at 40% then copy and paste above the flowers
Drop Shadow all elements as above..
All Done
Add Copyrights to your work
and save as PNG:
