Supplies Needed
I have used the Beautiful Artwork of Keith Garveys you can buy his Tubes from PSP Tubes Emporium
This Tube was bought with MPT Licence...
Scrapkit is Called Toxic Love you can buy this Kit at Butterflyblushstore

Font of Choice
Lets Begin:
Open Scallop Tag 3 then copy and paste as new layer onto canvas
Open Tube of choice then click on the scallop tag go to selections select all float defloat then on new layer
copy and paste your Tube line up what you want in the tag then go to invert delete...select none.
Make sure your Tube is highlighted in layers palette for that part.
Lower the Opacity to 50% in layers palette on the Tube...
Now Open Scallop Tag 1 then place it like mine on new layer
Drop Shadow all at 5 5 50 5 black.
Merge those down
Now Open Ribbons of choice then resize at 50% I used both colors
and merged them down
Open Glitter then resize at 50% then copy and paste where you wish Duplicate
arrange below the frame layer
Open The Puppy resize at 40% copy and paste as new layer as you wish then drop shadow as above
Copy and paste your Tube again on the front like mine
Drop shadow
Then I added the lips to the bottom scallop....
Now merge all Invisible...
Add Copyrights to your work
and save as PNG:
