The Scrapkit is PTU Called KandyKane Krismas you can buy from Dreams-N-Digital

Designers Website is Addictive Pleasures Thanks Tamie

Lets Begin:

Open New Transparent Raster Layer 600 x 600

Open the scrapkit and look for the round frame then copy and paste onto new canvas

Open Tube of choice and copy and paste above the circle frame layer

Open paper of choice or use paper 8

New layer 

Highlight the frame in layers palette grab magic wand click in the frame area

go to selections modify expand by 5 then copy and paste the paper into selection

make sure its below the tube layer.

Drop Shadow the tube and the frame at 

5 5 50 5 black

Open the Garland resize at 50% then copy and paste bottom of the circle frame

then duplicate twice more and arrange as I have

Open the cat resize at 50% then copy and paste as I have

You can now use any Elements you wish to or you can copy mine

all sizes below copy and paste as you wish..

Candycane 3 copy and paste then resize at 70%

Candy  resize at 50%

Balloons 50%

Bow 50%

Bow 4 40%

Heart 50% copy and paste onto Bow 4.

Drop shadow all Elements as above

Merge all visible

Add Copyrights to your work

Save as PNG:
