Lets Begin:

Open a new Canvas 600 x 600 Transparent
Open Frame 1 then copy and paste as new layer onto canvas
resize the frame 70%
Grab magic wand click inside the frame make sure you have all parts of the frame covered
with Marching Ants
go to selections modify expand by 5 then open paper 1
New Layer
Go to color palette foreground and open pattern section then find the paper you have opened
put the Angle to 0 and the Scale to 28
Flood fill then select none

Open Tube of choice then copy and paste as new layer
Drop Shadow the Frame and the tube at
5 5 50 5 black

Open the Elements

Open the Butterfly and resize at 40% then copy and paste as you wish

Open the Holly resize at 40% then copy and paste at each top corner of frame

Open the Bells and resize those at 40% then copy and paste above the holly layer
and place as I have

Open the flower and resize at 30% copy and paste as you wish
duplicate till you have 4 of them and arrange as I have

Open the Branch resize at 50% then copy and paste as new layer as you wish then duplicate.

Open the Small Frames and resize at 50% then copy and paste as you wish

Drop Shadow as above then Merge all visible
