Template 9 you can download from Wild Creationz Thanks Cheri

Lets Start:

Open the Template Duplicate Shift+D then close original

Delete the top layer

Open the papers first from the kit and shrink them down

we gonna be using them to cover the template..

Highlight the Left and right Flower in layers palette in turn

Grab magic wand then click the flowers in turn

go to selections select all float defloat then copy and paste papers 15 and 16 into selection.

Highlight Left and Right circles in turn like you did before

Grab magic wand then click the circles in turn

go to selections select all float defloat and copy and paste papers 7 and 10 into selection

Highlight the rest of the template do as above and use the rest of the papers

as I have..

Add your Tube in the 2 Rectangles as I have

Copy and paste as new layers

change one of the tube Blend to Luminace L

Add your Tube again on top layer like mine then drop shadow

at 5 50 55 10

Drop Shadow the Template same as above

Now we can add the Elements

do your own or as mine below

Open Bow 3 resize 50% twice copy and paste as you wish then Duplicate till you have 3

arrange as I have...

Open Hat 2 resize at 50% twice then copy  and paste as I have

Open Ribbon 1 resize at 50% then copy and paste as you wish

Drop Shadow all as above

Merge all Visible

Add all Copyrights to your work

Save as PNG:
