Supplies Needed:

I have used a Marc Duval Tube you can buy from SATC

  DO NOT use without valid license

Lets Begin:

Open new raster layer 650 x 650 transparent,

Open scrapkit and open frame 2 copy and paste onto canvas and resize at 75%

Open wire heart copy and paste below the frame layer

keep on that layer in palette go to selections select all float defloat 

open paper 8 and paste into selection select none.

Rename all the layers in palette

top layer is frame 1

2nd layer is Tube

3rd layer wire mesh

4th layer is frame 2

Open the city scene resize 70% erase

anything outside of the frame 

Open tube of choice and copy and paste below the frame layer resize to your choice

Duplicate frame 1 move it below the wire mesh layer

grab your eraser tool and highlight frame 1 in layers palette and erase all the top part of the frame

so you can see the top part of the tube and the arms....

Drop shadow all except  frame 1 at settings below

4--4--55--10

Merge all visible

Open Rose 1 copy and paste onto canvas resize at 50% duplicate till you have 5 of them

and arrange in a line as I have merge them all down to each other then drop shadow as before

place them as I have on the frame

Open Bow 2 resize at 45% copy and paste as I have

Open Butterfly 1 copy and paste onto canvas then resize at 10% place as I have

Open Glass 1 copy and paste onto canvas resize at 40% place as I have

Open Lips copy and paste onto canvas resize at 20%

I also added some hearts to the background  from the kit..

Drop shadow all elements as above.

Add all copyrights to your work and save as PNG:
