The Scrapkit is PTU Called Bite Me you can buy from Dreams - Digital

Template 170  used is Free to download from Addictivetemplates

Lets Start:

Open the Template Duplicate Shift + D then close original

Delete the top layer

you can flood fill the Background or leave it transparent your choice..

Start by Highlighting the Circles and the Rectangle at the back  by clicking them in the layers palette

one at a time. go to selections select all float defloat

I used papers 10....11.....12...

Copy and paste the paper into selection then select none

do that until all the back is covered.

Highlight the small circle at the front then do as above but use paper 6 instead

then copy and paste your tube of choice as new layer above the paper

then change the Blend to Luminance L

In the Larger circle copy and paste your tube again as new layer

line up the part you want then delete the parts you don't want.

Lower the Opacity to 60

Highlight the rest of the Rectangles thats left and do as above and use paper 6 again then paper 8

Copy and paste your tube again at the top layer like mine.

Drop Shadow all the parts of Template at 5 5 50 5 black

do the same to the tube.

I chose the Dots and crosses for the small circle ( Optional ) Default Settings

I also did as above with the Text and used paper 6 for the fill..

Merge all Visible except background

Now open the Elements

Open  the Valentine Heart resize at 60% copy and paste as you wish

Open the Hugs Label resize at 60% copy and paste as you wish

Open the Fan resize at 60% copy and paste as you wish

Open Bow 3 resize at 70% copy and paste as you wish

Open Bow 4 resize at 60% copy and paste as you  wish

Drop Shadow all as above

Add all Copyrights to your work

Save as PNG
