Supplies Needed:

Template 136 you can Download FTU from Horseplaypasture, Thanks Bev

Scrapkit is PTU Called Love Hurts you can buy this beautiful Kit at Heartbeatz Creationz

Lets Begin..

Open the Template you downloaded in PSP 

Duplicate, Shift + D then close original

Delete the top layer,

Open the scrapkit 

Highlight Rectangle 2 in layers palette go to selections select all float defloat

New Layer copy and paste paper 9 into selection,

Highlight the other Rectangle do as above but use paper 8 instead,

Open the Tube you are using and copy and paste onto one of the rectangles

use your eraser tool to take off anything that hangs over the edge.

Use your tube again and use part of it as I have and line it up in the other rectangle

and delete the excess, reduce opacity to 56%

Merge down the tubes to the papers.

Do the same with the 2 circles at the back but use papers 2 and 5..

Now we can all the Elements.

Open the Butterfly resize at 30% place as you wish,

Open the Heart Balloon copy and paste and resize at 50%

Open the shoes copy and paste resize at 30% then duplicate

Open Love Wordart copy and paste resize at 50%

Open the sign copy and paste resize at 30%

Add anything else you wish to your work 

Once all thats done you can drop shadow all at settings below

10..10...55....10

Merge all visible

Add all copyrights to your work

save as PNG
