Lets Begin:

Open a new rastor layer 650 x 650 Transparent background,

Open Frame 1 copy and paste as new layer onto canvas,

Open a tube with a background copy that layer

new rastor layer then copy and paste into selection select none,

move that layer below the frame layer

Open Tube that you are using then copy and paste as new layer on the frame layer

 anything outside of the frame use your erase tool to take it off.

merge down

drop shadow  with settings below

10..10..55..10

Open whatever Elements you want to use or do as I have below

Open the Bag resize at 50% place as you wish

Open the Cat resize at 50% place as you wish

Open Punkshoe 3 resize at 50% duplicate then place as you wish

Open the Thorned Heart resize at 50% place as you wish

Open the Bracelet resize at 50% then place as you wish.
You can then add any glitter below the frame background

Drop Shadow all Elements as above
X out the Background on layers palette
Merge all

Add All Copyrights to your work
Save as PNG
