Lets Begin:

Open New Canvas 600 x 600 transparent.

Your choice if you want to add a colour to the Background 

I am leaving mine Transparent..

Open Frame 4 resize at 60% then copy and paste as new layer

Keep frame highlighted in layers palette grab your magic wand then click inside 

of the frame until you have marching ants then go to selections Modify expand by 5

New layer then copy and paste paper 20 into selection then select none

Copy and paste your Tube as new layer and place on the top layer

then Drop Shadow at 5 5 50 5 black

Drop Shadow the frame same settings.

Now open the Elements Listed below and resize them

Or you can choose  your own Elements as to what you want...

Open Signpost resize at 30% copy and paste as you wish

Open Hedgehog resize at 20%  copy and paste as you wish

Open the Owl resize at 20% place that as you wish

Open the Aster Flowers 1 and 2 resize at 40% copy and paste as you wish

Open Mushroom 3 resize at 20% place as you wish then Duplicate arrange as you wish

Open Butterfly 1 resize at 20% then copy and paste on the signpost

Open  Satin Bow 2 resize at 40% copy and paste as you wish

Open the Lantern resize at 20% copy and paste at sign of frame at top corner

Open the Floating Leaf resize at 20%

merge the leaves down then place them just above the background

and arrange them under the other elements

so Duplicate the leaves as many times as you wish.

Open whichever Wordart you choose and resize at 50%

copy and paste at the top of the tag...

Merge all Visible

Drop Shadow all at 5 5 50 5 black

Add all Copyrights to your work.
