Lets Begin:

Open the Template you downloaded earlier Duplicate Shift + D then close original

Delete the top layer

Highlight in the layers palette Raster 4 Grab magic wand then click inside the frame

until you have marching ants then copy and paste paper 1 into selection select none

Highlight 2 in layers palette do as above but use paper 19 instead

Highlight Raster 3 do as above then use paper 12

Now copy and paste your Tube as I have one on the top layer of frame

Then another Mirror that one and put it as near to the edge as possible

at the back Highlight the black part magic wand click inside then highlight the tube

on the layers palette go to selections Invert Delete. select none

You can lower the Opacity a little.

once done you can drop shadow all at 5 5 50 5 Black

then Merge all Visible except background

Open Bow 16 resize at 30% then copy and paste as you wish

Open the Candle resize at 40% copy and paste as you wish then Duplicate

arrange like mine

Open the Pumpkin Pin resize at 40% then copy and paste as you wish or copy mine

Open the Corner Piece 48 resize at 50% then copy and paste around the frame

Duplicate twice more and arrange on the bottom layer.

I also added a Tag at the side of the frame resize to 30%

Now you can Drop Shadow all same settings as before.

Add all Copyrights to your work

Save as PNG:
