Supplies Needed:

I have Used the Awesome Artwork of Elias Chatzoudis you can buy his Tubes from MPT
The Scrapkit is FTU called Breast Cancer Awareness
you can download from Jo's Designs Thanks jo
Template 149 you can download from Denz Designs thanks Denny
Plugins I used were Penta.com dots and crosses.
Font of Choice..

Lets Begin:
Open Template 149 Duplicate shift+D then close original
Delete the top layer in layers palette..
First Merge down the 2 frames its easier that way
Now Highlight in layers palette then new layer click the frames with magic wand
then copy and paste paper 10 into selection..select none
Now open your tube of choice and an a new layer again
copy and paste into selection the tube you are using select none.
Drop shadow your Tube with settings 2.. 2.. 50.. 5....Black
Highlight your Rectangle strip do as you did above with that but with paper 6
do the same as you did with the Tube also...then take the Opacity down to 50
Highlight your Pink circle in layers palette open your colour palette background
and use colour FB8CBF to fill the circle
now Highlight the black circle and choose a gradient to fill in the circle on top of the black
Now use your tube again do as above but I used a plugin on the Tube
Penta.com dots and crosses with settings 30...10...2...
Now with the outer frames that are left you can choose to colour them the same 
as you did the circle or you can leave them black...
Now we can add all the Elements
I am going to leave it all to you
to decide what and where you want the Elements
I resized all Elements 20% then added them to the Template
once you have done all that you can merge all except background the give it all a drop shadow
of 5  5  50  5 black..
Now merge all together

Add Copyrights to your Tag
Save as PNG:
