Template  77 you can download from Addictivetemplates..

Font Of Choice

Lets Begin:

Open the Template Duplicate Shift+D then close original

Delete the top layer

Highlight Raster 3 do as above but go to your colour palette with code  #ef8337

and flood fill the space

Highlight Raster 4 in layers palette go to selections select all float defloat

then copy and paste paper 9 into selection select none

Highlight Raster 5 do as above but use paper 5 also in the copy of raster 5 also

Highlight Raster 6 do as before but use paper 9 

Highlight Raster 7 do as above but go to your colour palette with code #243e16

and flood fill the space

Highlight Raster 8 in layers palette go to selections select all float defloat

then copy and paste paper 9 into selection select none

Highlight the small circles and flood fill them Green as above

You can use a Texture if you want on the Green and Orange
If you do the settings are below

Copy and paste your Tube at the top layer of your work

Drop Shadow all at 5 5 50 5 black

Once all the Template is filled in now we can add the Elements

Open Pumpkin 2 resize at 60% then copy and paste as new layer at the bottom

Open the Candy Bucket resize at 60% and place that the opposite side..

Open the Bat resize at 50% twice then copy and paste at the top each side Duplicate.

Open the Wordart Boo and resize to fit where you want it..

Open lolli 2 resize at 50% then copy and paste the stalk of the lolli below one of the Circles

Duplicate arrange like mine

Open the Sign resize at 50% then copy and paste as you wish or in the small circle

Open the Moon resize 50% twice then copy and paste in the opposite circle

Open the Stars resize at 50% then copy and paste at the corner duplicate till you have

3 more and arrange them all around like I have.

Merge all visible
