Supplies Needed
I have used the Lovely Artwork of Arthur Crowe you can buy his Tubes from PSP Tubes Emporium

Font Of Choice
Lets Begin:
Open Template 104 Duplicate Shift+D then close original then delete the top layer
I am going to let you decide which paper you want to use from this lovely scrapkit
Highlight each part in layers palette I used my magic wand clicked inside each piece and then copy into selection
I used papers 2 and 3 then used a Colour from my Tube for the rest of the Template
Once you have all the colours done you can Drop Shadow each piece at 5 5 50 Black
Now Open the Tube you are going to use then decide which parts you are going to use and where your going to place them
you can copy mine or do your own.
after you have placed them Drop Shadow as before...
You can now merge all visible except the background
Now Open the Lightening Tube resize at 50% then copy an paste into one of the squares
Open the sparkles place them over the the Text at the bottom and highlight in layers palette
then selections select all float defloat now highlight the sparkles selections invert delete select none
Open Guitar 2 then copy and paste onto canvas
Open Tag 2 resize at 50% place that as new layer as you wish
Open Stars 2 copy and paste as new layer as you wish
I deleted the parts that I didn't want
Open the Pin resize 50% and place as you wish
Open the Record resize at 40% copy and paste as you wish
Open the Kiss tube resize at 50% twice then place as you wish
Then open the Pink stars copy and paste around the template
then Drop shadow all Elements then Merge all visible
All Done
Add Copyrights to your work
and save as PNG:
