Supplies Needed
I am Using a Tube from Artist Zlata_M you can buy this Tube from Picsfordesign
You have to have a Licence to use these Tubes
Scrapkit is Called Sexy Punk you can buy this kit from Designs-N-Digital

Template 2 you can Download free from Addictive Templates
Font Of Choice
Lets Begin
Open Template Duplicate Shift + D then close original
Delete Raster 11.
Open papers 1 - 4 - 5 - 8 then shrink for now
Highlight the Circle at the front grab magic wand then click inside the circle
until you have marching ants then copy an paste paper 8 into selection select none
Do the same with all other Template pieces and use the papers
like mine or do your own,
Once all those are coloured I left the rest as it is....
Now copy and paste your Tube on the Top layer like mine then Drop Shadow
at 5 5 50 5 black and drop shadow all the Template same as..
Open the Lolli and resize at 50% then copy and paste as new layer as you wish
Drop shadow as we go along as above
Open Ribbonbow resize at 50% copy and paste as you wish
Open Tag resize at 50% copy and paste above the Ribbon Layer
Open the Sign resize at 50% then copy and paste as you wish
Thats it you can now merge all visible..
That was short and sweet
Add Copyrights to your work
and any names you want on your tags.....
and save as PNG:
