Supplies Needed
I have used the Beautiful Artwork of Keith Garveys you can buy his Tubes from PSP Tubes Emporium
Do Not Use without the proper Licence

Template 28 you can Download free from Designs by MindyMae Thanks Mindy
Font Of Choice
Lets Begin:
Open Template you downloaded from Mindy Duplicate Shift + D then close original Delete the top layer.
Open Element 13 the Bottle Top Use your Selection Tool and draw out a little square
in the Top and shrink it Then go to your Background Colour palette and use setting below
Make sure you have the words Punked Off in the selection Tool to get this..
Merge Down the 2 long Rectangles and Highlight in layers palette grab your magic wand then click inside the Rectangles
until you have marching Ants around them
then Use your Flood Fill Tool and fill them both in... Select none..
Now Use your own Choice of Paper to fill the rest of the Template
or Take a colour from your Tube like I did and fill the rest in...
then use settings below on the back parts of Templates
Once done Drop Shadow at 5 5 50 5 black..
Open Tube of Choice then Highlight your middle Rectangle
then copy and paste your Tube as new layer above the Rectangle then once you have the parts you want
in there use your Selections Invert Delete on the tube layer select none then change your Blend to Luminance L.
Then copy and paste your Tube again above the last Tube layer.
Drop shadow as we go along.
I added a Gradient Glow of White its Optional...
You can now merge all Down then add the Elements as below

I only took 2 from the Kit you can add more if you wish
I used Star 3 resize at 50% then placed it on the Rectangle.
I Used the Skull Chain resized at 70% then placed it on the middle rectangle below the Tube layer.
Thats it
Merge all Visible..
All Done
Add Copyrights to your work
and save as PNG:
