Scrapkit is PTU I got the Whole pack including the Template and Tube with the Kit from  Xeracx Store

Its called  HD Plus Pack... Vamp

Lets Begin:

Open the Template from the Kit

Delete the Top layer

Flood fill the background layer white

Highlight the Back Circle in layers palette go to selections select all float defloat

Open Paper 1 then copy and paste into selection select none,

Highlight the Middle Rectangle do as above but use paper 9 then keep selected

Copy and paste your choice of Tube as new layer then delete any parts you dont want

by doing that highlight your tube in palette then selections Invert delete select none.

Copy and paste your Tube again on the front layers like mine

Highlight your fat and thin Rectangle and do as before but use paper 6 into selection select none

Highlight your Frame in layers palette do as before but use paper 3 into selection select none

Open the scrapkit and copy and paste paper

Once all the Template is covered you can Drop Shadow all at 5 5 50 5 Black.

You can colour the Stars a Silver from the Colour palette as I have..

Now merge all visible except background

Now for the Elements

Open the Spiderweb resize at 20%  then copy and paste as you wish then drop shadow

as we go along same settings as above.

Open Flower resize at 20% copy and paste as you wish

Open the Vamp Glasses resize at 20% copy and paste as you wish then Duplicate merge down

Now Merge all visible
