Scrapkit used is PTU Called Candy Cane you can buy from Dreams-N-Digital

Font of Choice

Lets Begin

Open New Canvas 700 x 700 then leave transparent your choice

you can resize the Tag later if you wish..

Open a Frame from the Kit then copy and paste onto canvas

Highlight the frame then grab magic wand

click inside the frame go to selections modify expand by 5 then open paper 11

  then copy and paste into selection

Open any Trees you may have or use the Trees from the kit

resize to fit inside above the paper layer of the frame

Open your choice of tube then copy and paste on the top layer as I have

Now use any Elements you wish to use or do as I have 

Open the Candy Cane resize at 70% then copy and paste as you wish

Open the Garland resize at 50% copy and paste as you wish then duplicate

Open the Holly and the Bow resize at 50% copy and paste as you wish

Open the Peace wordart resize to fit  as you wish

Open the Kitten Resize at 50% copy and paste as you wish

You can now Drop Shadow at 5 5 50 5 black

Add Copyright to your work

Merge all Visible

Save as PNG:
