Scrapkit I have used is PTU called Celebrate you can buy from Butterflyblushstore

Designers Website is Rebelliousscraps Thanks Sissi

Lets Begin:

Open New Canvas Layer 600 x 600 I left mine Transparent

Open Frame 1 copy and paste onto new canvas then resize at 70%

Highlight the middle of the frame in layers palette grab magic wand click inside of the frame

Open paper 12, New layer, go to selections modify expand by 5

then copy and paste the paper into selection then select none

do as above for the 2 side bits on the frame but use paper 5 instead then select none.

Open Tube of choice then copy and paste the part you want to use

below the frame layer and above the paper layer

once you have it all in the frame go selection tool then erase the parts you don't want..

Drop Shadow the Frame layer at 5 5 50 5 Black

Copy and paste the tube again as I have

Then Merge visible except background layer..

Open Elements of your choice or add the ones I have as Below

Balloons resize at 50%

Open champagne resize at 30%

Glasses 2 resize at 10% image Mirror

Hat 1 resize at 20%

Wordart 20%

Arrange as I have or do your own.

Merge all Visible the Drop Shadow as above

Add Copyrights to your work

Save as PNG:
