Designers website is Bubbles Dream thanks Bubbles

Font Of Choice:

Lets Begin:

Open New Canvas 600 x 600 Raster layer your choice of Transparent or not

Flood fill white if its transparent.

First Open the Scrapkit and find Template 38 copy and paste onto new raster layer

then resize at 80%

Open Paper 1 resize 80% twice then copy and paste as new layer below the frame layer

then grab your eraser tool and erase all the outer paper from the frame..

Open Tube of choice and copy and paste above the frame layer line it up

as to where you want it then duplicate the frame layer in the palette

move that layer above the tube and erase all the top half of the frame

that will leave the bottom half of the tube below the frame.

Merge all visible except the background

Now Open Your choice of Elements or use as I have below

and place then as you wish

Ribbon 20 resize at 50%

Element 20 resize at 40% then Duplicate twice more arrange as I have

merge down then Duplicate Image mirror

Elements 34 copy and paste below the frame layer

Duplicate three more times

arrange as I have

Drop Shadow as before

Merge all visible

Add all Copyrights to your work
