Scrapkit I have used is PTU Called Sweet Cupid you can buy this Kit from Butterflyblushstore

Template 155 you can download free from Divineintentionz Thanks Missy

Lets Begin;

Open Template 155

Duplicate Shift + D then close original

Delete the top layer

delete raster 3 also in layers palette.

Highlight the Square in layers palette go to selections

select all float defloat then copy and paste paper 14 into selection select none

Highlight frame in layers palette do as above but use paper 15 select none

Highlight frame background do as above but use paper 12 on new layer

Open Tube of choice then copy and paste as new layer below the frame layers

above the paper layer then delete the excess..

Now highlight the circle in layers palette

Go to colour palette background cross out the foreground

I chose colour #a15363 to match my tube

flood fill the circle and the heart as I have.

then choose a lighter colour for the inner part of the heart

I then used penta jeans  for the inner heart thats optional

Copy and paste your tube again on the front as I have then drop shadow

at 5 5 50 5 black then drop shadow the template the same..

Open New Raster Layer 600 x 600 flood fill white if you want

I chose to leave it Transparent..

Copy merge all the Tag from the other canvas then copy and paste onto new one

you can close the smaller one now.

Resize the tag now to a size of your choice I chose size 120%

Now for the Elements you add your own or copy mine as below

Open Butterfly 1 resize at 30% then duplicate twice more place as you wish

Open Danglies 2 resize at 60% then place as you wish

Open Ribbon 3 resize at 60% place at bottom of frame below the tube

Drop shadow all 

then merge visible

Add all copyrights to your work

Save as PNG
