Lets Begin

Open New Raster Layer 650 x 650 Transparent

Open Scrapkit and open up the Tan Oval Frame

copy and paste onto canvas and then resize at 60%

Grab magic wand then go to selections modify expand by 5 now open 

shabby light bush paper and copy and paste into selection on a new layer

select none.. move paper layer below the frame

drop shadow the paper and frame at 

10...10...55...10

merge down then duplicate and arrange as I have see above

Now open tube of choice and copy and paste as I have

drop shadow as before

Open some paw prints and copy and paste them onto the paper in the frame

then use your erase tool to take off what you dont need, drop shadow 

as we go along the same settings as above.

open both of the triple leafs resize at 40% then copy and paste below the tube layer

and arrange as I have

Open the pink and brown flower resize one at 30% and one at 20%

also use another colour and resize at 20% 

then copy and paste below the tube layer arrange as you wish

open the bird and resize at 10% copy and paste as you wish then duplicate.

Open tan and pink bow resize at 20% place one on top of the other then merge down

open the tag  resize at 20% place near the bows

lastly open the pink key and resize at 20% copy and paste as you wish..

you can now merge all visible ..
